ZHOPE - Get Engaged
the Tau Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated, and the Phi Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Incorporated will be hosting a panel discussion regarding race in America. Partnering with the Society of Professional Journalist and Arkansas Gazette, we will be taking a look at how the media views the Black LivesMatter Movement and how and if it affects the viewpoint of Americans, as well as people across the world.
National Programs
From the Sorority’s inception, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. has long demonstrated an interest in serving the needs of the community. Spanning the Sorority’s nearly thirty-year partnership with the March of Dimes to its relationship with the Human Genome Project, Zeta Phi Beta has been at the forefront of anticipating the ever-changing needs of society.
Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. is honored to have formed many wonderful community-based partnerships over the past 95 years. Whether administering our Z-HOPE (Zetas Helping Other People Excel) program or giving financial assistance through our National Educational Foundation, we do so with the understanding that service to the community is our greatest legacy.
Tau Chapter has and will continue to participate in serving the community through the Sorority's national programs. Some of their events include women-empowerment seminars, domestic violence panels, and toiletry drives for the homeless.

Adopt-a-Street - Service Initiative
Keep Little Rock Beautiful (KLRB) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization founded in 2005 by a group of individuals passionate about the environmental quality of life in their hometown. Along with Keep Little Rock Beautiful, we are dedicated to litter prevention, recycling and waste reduction, and beautification and community improvement. Tau has adopted Chester-Broadway street surrounding Philander Smith College.

Salvation Army Bell-Ringing
Each year in December, Tau Chapter joins with Alpha Mu Zeta Chapter to participate in the Bell-Ringing project for the Salvation Army to provide food and shelter for the homeless, assists with utilities and medicines for needy families, and supports Christmas programs for the Central Arkansas area.
